Glenwood Crescent House is located facing a deeply forested ravine in Toronto. The idea for the new house is to reuse the existing structure and produce a visually captivating home by increasing the interior wall surface by folding small planes thus creating a strong organic-like villus. Through this concept, function, and visual appeal kept by controlling the directions of the openings, allowing for privacy without the need to have clear divisions, therefore maintaining its openness. The Glenwood Crescent House absorbs nature into every room making you feel the life of the forest within a safe and sheltered environment.
