Situated along the prestigious Canton Road in the Kowloon district, Ports 1961 Hong Kong stands as a beacon of contemporary design. This 187-square-meter retail space, follows the conceptual footsteps of the flagship store, Ports 1961 Shanghai, presenting a modular system and brand identity adaptable to diverse destinations.

Inspired by the migratory nature of icebergs, the exterior of the store features a striking modular tilted cube structure crafted from custom-designed L-shape glass blocks. The cube's two faces boast satin finish glass blocks, while the third face showcases a sandblasted stainless steel panel. This dynamic composition forms a zigzag pattern and angled projection, creating irregular reflections that scatter light and color. The result is a visual representation of the organized chaos intrinsic to the bustling landscape of Hong Kong. The facade becomes a canvas that reflects both the tranquility and the intense squall of the city, offering different perspectives from every angle.

Beneath the existing canopy, the entrance and ground-level showcase maintain a minimalist design, providing a serene contrast to the lively street. Despite its apparent simplicity, the facade's appearance transforms with the viewer's changing angle and the evolving light throughout the day. The innovative use of standard materials in the luminous facade establishes an introspective identity for the fashion brand, seamlessly integrating with the surrounding environment, traffic flow, and pedestrian activity.

Nestled in the vibrant cityscape of Hong Kong, Ports 1961 Hong Kong emerges as a mirage of an iceberg, captivating passersby with its luminescent allure amidst the dynamic urban chaos.
